Lead overall concept design and interior architecture for a portfolio of legacy residential properties in San Francisco, appraised at a cumulative $125MM to date. Own and execute in-house design development of interior architecture, including spatial optimization, amenity integration, casework design, lighting design, and material palettes. Specify and procure inventory across FF&E budgets of $2MM+ per project, and maintain schedules throughout the course of construction. Maximize budgets by establishing / growing new vendor relationships and directly sourcing owner-provided inventory (local, domestic, and international). Provide quality control through regular consultant, contractor, and subcontractor engagement and submittal & RFI review. Partner directly with real estate brokerage teams to provide design direction and content for marketing efforts such as rendering and animation development, staging, project photography, and property websites.

  • Completed 2 years of 1-on-1 design mentorship and coaching with ODADA owner and principal.

  • Interior design & wellness topics featured in publications including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, and Mansion Global.

  • Maximize FF&E budgets by establishing / growing vendor relationships and directly sourcing (local, domestic, and international).
